THE FORMER “FARM HOUSE” AND NOW LODGE IS OUR GUEST HOUSE WITH LOFTY CEILINGS, THREE STONE FIREPLACES, SPACIOUS COMMONS ROOM, DINING ROOM, QUIET SITTING AREAS AND CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOM. THE HOUSE HAS SEVEN GUEST ROOMS OFFERING A VARIETY OF OPTIONS FROM KING SIZE BEDS TO TWIN BEDS, MOST ROOMS HAVE A PRIVATE BATH. THE LARGE AND PLEASANT SHADED DECK/PORCH ON THE BACK BECKONS YOU TO REST.

Please note that there is a two night minimum for full lodge rentals.

THE GOLD ROOM

RATE: $115

This spacious room has an elegant and comfortable queen-size bed, private bath with tub/shower combo, two easy chairs, dresser and a window looking into the back woods and gardens.

SISTer’S ROOM

RATE: $110

This corner room with windows on two sides looks into the lawn and neighboring pasture; it has a private bath with tub/shower combo, queen-size bed, chiffarobe and an easy chair.

GRANNY’S ROOM

RATE: $105

A comfy, cozy room with private bath with tub/shower combo, a queen-size bed, two easy chairs and a dresser/desk … the window view is a lovely pastoral scene of rolling pasture.

THE PUEBLO ROOM

RATE: $115

Our quietest room with private bath with Jacuzzi tub, two easy chairs, comfortable king-size bed … a restful room in Southwest style.

THE TEnnessee room

RATE: $105

Honoring our fine state, this room is for families or couples who prefer separate beds … there are two standard double beds, two chairs and a dresser in this room with elements of Tennessee lore throughout … including an antique dresser from the home of the late Sen. Howard H. Baker. Room sleeps 1-4.

THE TEXAS BUNKHOUSE ROOM

RATE: $95

A step back in time to "ranching" days…two comfortable twin beds and a bit of a rustic essence to this pleasant room for one or two; the unique private ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. There are two chairs and a desk in this cozy room.

THE INDIANA HOOSIER Room

Honoring the home state of one of the owners, this room features two comfortable extra wide twin (¾ size) beds, two easy chairs, two dressers and two windows.  There is a full bath available across the hall.
